Returns are available for domestic shipments through USPS, UPS, and Third-Party US Postage (if originally shipped through us). Unfortunately, we do not offer a Return service for APC and PostNL shipments. Returned shipments will be disposed of by the carrier.
In order to facilitate the return of your items to Canada, we require your Importer Number from the Canada Revenue Agency. Once the package reaches our New York facility, you can initiate the return process by accessing the Returns tab in your ShipShop account.
