To submit a claim for your shipment, please provide the following details:
- Shipment ID: Found on the Shipments tab of the specific order, located in the upper right corner of the page.
- Claim Type: Please select whether the claim is for Lost or Damaged items.
- Supporting Invoice: Please provide a commercial invoice from your store/selling platform that includes the recipient information and order details.
- Package Contents: Please list the contents of the package.
- Parcel Value: Please provide the value of the parcel.
- Reason for Claim: Please provide a detailed explanation of the claim.
