Including an invoice for your shipments is essential for ensuring a seamless transit to your recipient and may be required for certain international shipments. Depending on the shipment, different types of invoices may be accepted, but the retail value must always be declared. To ensure compliance with customs checkpoints, we recommend attaching the invoices to the outside of your shipment for easy access.
Authentic Sales Invoices are typically generated from your online selling platform and provide the necessary information for verifying the shipment's value. This includes the shipping and billing address, item(s) sold, amount paid (in retail value), and payment method. Whenever possible, we suggest providing an authentic sales invoice from a verified third party, such as PayPal, eBay, Shopify, or Etsy. If this is not possible, screenshots are also acceptable.
In certain cases, a suitable commercial invoice may be permitted instead of an authentic sales invoice. Before providing a commercial invoice, please contact us. This invoice must include the shipping and billing address, item(s) sold, amount paid (in retail value), and payment method. Additionally, the item's specific listing or website must be included.
For Amazon FBA shipments, commercial invoices are mandatory. For more information on all additional requirements, please refer to our website.
