We process shipments that have been received in one of our branches or drop spots (before the cut-off time) within one business day.
When we release the shipment to our partner carrier, a tracking scan will be initiated, typically within 1 - 3 business days. To determine the estimated delivery time for your shipment, we calculate the transit time from when ShipShop receives and scans your shipment to when it arrives at the receiving address. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers shipping services to APO addresses. We recommend that you review their guidelines regarding APO shipping to ensure a smooth delivery.
Canada Post Expedited and ShipShop Economy CA labels are serviced by Canada Post for the final delivery leg, enabling delivery to PO boxes.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

All labels purchased through us will always be returned to our locations. Alternatively, for US shipments, you may opt to use your own return address if you have purchased the label through a third-party.
For Canadian domestic returns, fees are based on the return label selected from Canada Post or UPS. For US shipments, a fee of $4.99 plus applicable taxes will be applied per return from the US to Canada.
