How to obtain your US Returns?
1 Out of 3 Found HelpfulIn order to facilitate the return of your items to Canada, we require your Importer Number from the Canada Revenue Agency. Once the package reaches our New York facility, you can initiate the return process by accessing the Returns tab in your ShipShop account.
