This service works in a similar way to a typical USPS shipment. However, instead of being taken to the USPS NY hub, parcels are transported by a third-party shipping carrier and delivered directly to the recipient's local USPS hub for final mile delivery.

Yes, you can track your package from the moment it is dropped off at our facility until it is delivered, via the USPS website.

Dimensions of the package that can be shipped?

- We can accommodate shipments of up to 10 lbs and a maximum size of 17x17x27 inches (length + width + height).

- ShipShop Economy USA does not accommodate special package types such as tubes or items with a tube-like shape. We recommend utilizing USPS First Class or Priority Mail as an alternative shipping solution.

Are there tax involved?

Tax and duties are waived for packages with a maximum value of $800 USD.

Can I use USPS box to ship with ShipShop Economy USA?

No, USPS envelopes/boxes are exclusively for USPS Priority Mail postage. To send your package, you may opt to use your own box or envelope packaging and declare the package type as Parcel or Thick Envelope.
